　　Lubrication characteristics of carton machinery:

　　The modern carton industry uses corrugating machines as the main equipment. Nowadays, the domestic corrugating machines are mainly imported. The main brands are Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Langston, Xiangyi and Xixu. The key lubrication part of the corrugating machine is the roller bearing (usually selected No. 2 grease). The operating temperature of this part is above 180°C and the instantaneous temperature can reach above 230°C. Under such a high temperature environment, the ordinary bearing grease is difficult to meet. Lubrication requirements, must use special high-temperature lubricants.
