  Paper Machinery Lubrication Features:

  The working environment of papermaking machinery is humid and high temperature, and some equipment is also accompanied by impact load. Therefore, the selection of lubricants mainly considers its anti-emulsification, water resistance, heat-resistant oxidation stability, and load-bearing performance. Lubrication points on papermaking machinery are in principle closed. The wet sections of the paper machine, that is, the bearings from the head box to the press section, are all sealed with a sealed bearing shell to prevent cross-contamination due to water penetration and grease spillage. The dry section of the paper machine uses a central lubrication station to deliver lubricant to the bearings in various locations for lubrication and heat dissipation due to the high temperature during operation. Grease lubrication points on the wet end often use regular manual inspections to check and replace grease. Therefore, the lubrication system often refers to the central lubrication station of the dry section and all the oil and gas transmission pipelines and oil filling devices.

  The lubricating stations in the dry section of the paper machine are usually selected in the standard general model, preferably in the oil filter capacity and the oil temperature control capability. The magnetic filter and the constant temperature control are more suitable. The amount of oil delivered by a lubrication station is usually calculated according to the heat dissipation requirements of each lubrication point.

  The supply of oil to the sealed bearing shells in the dry section of the paper machine mostly uses an adjustable oiler, which is also known as a drip valve, which makes the oil supplied to the bearing suitable and continuous. This kind of oiler is very suitable and reliable for the system that adjusts the amount of oil manually.

  In the new high-speed wide-format paper machine, the main bearing of the wet section is also centrally and automatically forcedly lubricated by a central lubrication station. In this kind of system, the wet and dry sections of the paper machine are provided with central lubrication stations, but they are managed and operated uniformly by an automatic control system. The control of the lubrication amount at each lubrication point is realized by a small metering pump driven by a micro motor. The automatic control system monitors the flow meter and pressure gauge on the oil filling pipeline by means of an electronic computer or other software control method and realizes the metering and injection pump motor. Regulation.

  The commonly used lubricants for paper machines and their accessories are as follows:

  Division transmission gearbox, central lubrication station oil (dry section lubrication), shaking box, worm gear reduction box, general sliding bearing, are all lubricated with hydraulic oil or full-loss system oil, with L-HL-46 or L-AN46 , Oil viscosity 41.4-50.6mm2/s at 40 °C, flash point (opening)> 180 °C, condensation point <-10 °C.

  Wet section of the rolling bearing: calcium-based grease, dropping point> 80 °C, cone penetration (25 °C, 1/10mm) 265-295.

  Exhaust fan, hot and humid at the rolling bearing: sodium grease, dropping point> 40 °C, cone penetration (25 °C, 1/10mm) 220-250.

  Wire rope: graphite calcium grease, ZG-S, dropping point >80°C.

  Lubrication characteristics of carton machinery:

  The modern carton industry uses corrugating machines as the main equipment. Nowadays, the domestic corrugating machines are mainly imported. The main brands are Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Langston, Xiangyi and Xixu. The key lubrication part of the corrugating machine is the roller bearing (usually selected No. 2 grease). The operating temperature of this part is above 180°C and the instantaneous temperature can reach above 230°C. Under such a high temperature environment, the ordinary bearing grease is difficult to meet. Lubrication requirements, must use special high-temperature lubricants. Such as: perfluoropolyether, fluorosilicone grease or urea grease as a base oil or soap-based high-temperature bearing grease, the operating temperature can reach more than 200 °C, perfluoropolyether bearing grease can withstand temperatures above 280 °C -300 °C.
